Step 1
Press ‘Login’ at the top right of the screen using your Account Email Address and Password
Step 2
You will be redirected to BONENT My Account page, where you can sign in with your BONENT account.
Step 3
Once you sign into Profile page, you will be redirected back to this site where you can watch the videos you have purchased.
Frequently Asked Questions
Continuing Education Credits
You will receive 1 CE for each hour of video watched. For videos longer than 1 hour, the number of CE’s will be prorated (e.g., a 90-minute video will earn 1.5 CE’s). You must watch the entire video to receive credit.
Certificates
Certificates are emailed within 2-3 weeks after completing a video session. Ensure your email address is updated in your profile to receive notifications.
You can submit your CE certificates to BONENT when you go through the recertification process.
Account and Access
BONENT Members: Log in through your My Account or Video Portal page to access videos.
Non-BONENT Members: You need to create an account. Please follow the registration process similar to BONENT members.
You can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page or contact us for assistance.

General Questions
Yes, you can watch videos multiple times. However, CE credits will only be awarded for the first completion.

Yes, videos are accessible from any location, as long as you have an internet connection and are logged into your account.
