Frequently Asked Questions
Continuing Education Credits
You will receive 1 CE for each hour of video watched. For videos longer than 1 hour, the number of CE’s will be prorated (e.g., a 90-minute video will earn 1.5 CE’s). You must watch the entire video to receive credit.
Certificates
Certificates are emailed within 2-3 weeks after completing a video session. Ensure your email address is updated in your account to receive notifications.
You can submit your CE certificates to BONENT when you go through the recertification process.
